Solid Hardwood Flooring
Solid hardwood flooring is the most classical type of wooden floors, know for centuries. Our flooring is produced from highest quality, most carefully selected raw material. Strict quality control is ensured within all manufacturing stages, from sawing and kiln drying, up to oiling and waxing. It allows us to offer you the finest product that will please your eyes and feet for decades, and increase your real estate value.
Construction
Each board is milled from a sigle piece of Oak or Ash wood. Boards are not glued of finger-jointed.
Sizes
Thickness: 15 or 21 mm, widths: 130, 160, 180 mm. Lengths 600 – 2200 mm (various lengths in each pack).
Installation
15 mm thickness solid flooing boards are suitable for installation on plywood, OSB or similar wooden subfloor. Installation is performed by gluing and nailing the flooring boards to the subfloor. 21 mm thickness flooring is suitable also for installation on wooden battens (usually 45 x 45 cm, approximately 40 cm distance between battens). We do not reccomend installation of solid flooring on concrete subfloors (but we do offer Engineered Flooring suitable for that). If you have a concrete subfloor and wish to install solid flooring, we reccomend first to install a layer of plywood at least 12 mm thick, directly on concrete. Then install solid flooring on plywood.
Sanding
Our solid hardwood flooring is carefully sanded at factory, and there is no need for sanding after installation. Each board has tongue and groove across all four edges, as well as v-shaped bevels, allowing them to be connected seamlessly.
Finishing
Finishing can be done both at the factory, as well as after installation. If you prefer to have your flooring pre-finished at the factory, we offer hardwax treatment in various colors. in this case, your flooring is ready to be walked on right after installation.

Grading
The flooring boards are graded in five grades, depending on amount of knots and discoloration. However, there are no loose knots even in the lowest grades; all knots and cracks are filled with putty. The difference between grades is only visual, there are no differences in practical use.
Oak Premium Nearly no knots, separate pin knots ≤5mm in diameter allowed. Premium grade flooring is usually installed in exclusive luxury interiors. |
Oak Select Small sound knots ≤20mm in diameter, and cracks ≤40mm in length allowed. This is one of the most popular grades, a compromise between Premium grade and flooring with larger knots (Classic and Rustic grade). |
Oak Classic Substantial color and texture variations allowed, knots ≤75mm in diameter, cracks ≤6mm in width allowed. No sapwood allowed. |
Oak Rustic Substantial color and texture variations allowed, knots ≤75mm in diameter, cracks ≤6mm in width allowed. Sapwood allowed, but not more than 10% of surface. Rustic grade flooring shows the natural beauty of wood, each board has its own unique texture. |
Ash Premium No knots allowed. Ash Premium flooring is almost white, it creates feeling of lightness in the interior. |
Ash Select Sound knots ≤25mm in diameter allowed, natural color variations allowed. Most popular Ash flooring grade. |
Ash Rustic Knots ≤75mm in diameter and all color variations allowed. Rustic grade is the best choice if you prefer to see the natural texture of Ash wood. Each board has its own unique texture. |
